Our Customer Guarantee

SamsungTVRepairUK.com provide a no nonsense 12 months guarantee with every repair carried out by us.

If for any reason any panel or component supplied and fitted by us fails we will repair or replace it free of charge for a period of 12 months from the date shown on your receipt.

We do not guarantee any other part of the equipment unless stated on your receipt.

Same Day Repairs

In most cases we can repair your set the same day.

If spares are not immediately available we can usually get them delivered within 24 - 48 hours via our Dealer Spares Network.

If there are any hold ups or delays we call or text to let you know.

Payment Terms

ü We accept payment by Cash on Delivery.

û We do not accept cheques

û We do not accept Credit or Debit Cards. Due to fraudelent payments by customers using cloned details we no longer accept payment by credit or debit card. We apologise to our honest customers for the inconvinience.
